  1. Return Window: You can return products within 3 days of receiving your order.

  2. Condition: Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  3. Refund Method: Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed via your original payment method (Cash on Delivery refunds will be transferred to your bank account/EasyPaisa/ JazzCash).

  4. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items like personal care products, used items, or items without original packaging may not be eligible for return.
